Mr. Vinayak Deodhar

Fellow Chartered Accountant in practice for the past 45 years. Mr Deodhar started Savali Charitable Trust in 2007, and has been associated with several social philanthropic initiatives. Mr. Deodhar, along with his professional commitments including Directorship in Government Company abroad, has been closely associated with various social responsibilities. In addition to forming This Trust, he has been a Trustee of a Public Charitable Trusts for Old age Home, as well as the Founder Chairman Trustee of a charitable organisation engaged in providing assistance to people below poverty line for their medical needs and around 350 families are taking benefit of such help. This organisation also provides various services to Senior citizens

Mr. Major General (Retd.) Sanjay Bhide

He has served in the army for over four decades. For his performance in warlike situation in J&K, the President of India has awarded him the Yudh Seva Medal and the Vishisht Seva Medal . With over 25 years service across the remote areas of the country, he has deep insight into and empathy towards the inequalities caused due to destiny and social structures.

Dr. Mohana Gadre :

DNB Anaesthesia, founder Trustee of Savali Charitable Trust, works full time as an anaesthetist in Mumbai. Right from her graduation days, she has been involved in providing medical assistance to the needy. What began as part of her Rural posting during her MBBS has become a personal calling.

Dr. Mohana is actively involved in ensuring that the recipients of Medical help provided by Savali is comprehensive and appropriate.

Mr. Shounak Gadre

Electronics Engineer from Mumbai University and has further completed his PGDBM from IIM – Lucknow. Shounak currently works as a Senior Manager in a large strategic consulting MNC.

Shounak has been a regular patron of charitable organizations like CRY and Helpage amongst others. As a Management consultant, he had the opportunity to work in Rural India, while consulting for a Micro Finance company. Having experienced first hand, the requirements of people at the grass roots, Shounak decided to contribute actively to help their lot. This led to Shounak joining Savali Charitable Trust as one of the Trustees.

Mrs. Madhavi Deodhar

MSc, DCM Software consultant,Founder Trustee and Social Worker and associated with the organisation working for Senior citizens.

Mr. Rajeev Ahal

• Mr. Rajeev is an Engineer from DCE by education and has further been certified by multiple bodies like CII, German Federal Enterprise for International co- operation and recently by IOSD, Cleveland, Ohio

• He has an illustrious career which includes being the Director, Organization Development Center, Ghana and as a GIZ Advisor to the Decentralised Rural Development Programme (DRDP), Lesotho, Africa

• He has also been a member of the statutory committees of the Government of India for Himachal Pradesh

• His rich experience helps Savali infuse professionalism and scalability in our programs

Mr.Subhash Pethe

• Mr. Subhash Pethe has over 40 years’ experience working in the Industrial engineering sector – Working for the first 10 years with reputed firms like Thermax and CPEC & Subsequently as an entrepreneur for the last 30 years

• He holds and dual B Tech form IIT Bombay in Aeronautical engineering and Mechanical engineering

• He is actively involved in helping Savali in the areas of education and self-sustainable livelihood for the economically challenged section of the society.

Mr.Manoj Borkar

• He is B com, ACA chartered accountant working as CEO in venture fund company.

• Has wide experience in finance and also social work

Mr. Rajesh Deodhar

• MBA from London Business School and currently working with an IT major in London.

• Founder Trustee of Savali and now playing an advisory role; is focused on developing social initiatives to help individuals make the most of their talent and potential and looking after technological platform of the Trust to reach maximum supporters.
